1. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Fantastic Concepts DJ Services, including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, promotional materials, website content, mixes (where permitted), and marketing materials, is the property of Fantastic Concepts DJ Services and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of our name, logo, or media content is strictly prohibited.

2. Service Disclaimer

Fantastic Concepts DJ Services agrees to provide professional DJ services as outlined in each signed service agreement or contract.

While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted performance, we are not liable for:

Power outages

Venue equipment failures

Acts of God (natural disasters, severe weather)

Government restrictions

Client or venue-related delays

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Backup equipment is maintained when reasonably possible; however, total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services.

3. Music Licensing

Fantastic Concepts DJ Services performs and plays music obtained through legally licensed sources. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their event venue maintains any required public performance licenses if applicable.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantastic Concepts DJ Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific event.

5. Payments and Refunds

All deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and refund policies are governed by the signed client contract. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Governing Law

This Legal Notice and any related agreements shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Updates to This Notice

Fantastic Concepts DJ Services reserves the right to update this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting or distribution.
